What band or singer
do you think Al should parody next?:
a really popular group
What song do you think Al should
parody next?: a song by that group
What band or singer do you think
Al should style parody next?: probably a band that's
been around awhile, but’s still popular now
What song or band do you think
Al should include in a polka next?: oh I don't know
What music video would you like
to see Al parody next?: don't know this either
Who would you like
to hear cover an Al song?: my
friend Lindo! does she count?
Which song would you like them
to cover?: I've already heard her do Free Delivery,
so I pick that one
What song would you
like to see a video for that doesn't have one?:
Albuquerque!
What TV show would
you like to see Al guest star in next?:
SpongeBob SquarePants
How did you first
hear about Al?: on a bus ride
to an Academic Challenge meet
What's the story behind that?:
I was sitting beside this girl and since we didn't have any
music to listen to, she was singing. She sang The Night Santa
Went Crazy (in April), Jerry Springer, and some other songs.
Then she got bored and started interviewing people on the bus.
She asked this one guy what his favorite song was, and he said
Albuquerque. Then he was singing parts of that too. So when
we got back, I told my dad (who had picked me up) to drive over
to Wal Mart, because I had become intrigued with these songs.
I went over and looked at about the 3 Al CD's they had, and
bought Running With Scissors. Then I listened to the whole thing
straight through.
Have you been to
an Al concert?: sadly, no.
Have you ever met
Al?: no :(
Have you ever met any of the band?:
no
Have you ever tried
a Twinkie Weiner Sandwich?: nope,
and I probably won't anytime soon since I'm not a big fan of
hot dogs or twinkies
Do you collect Al
items?: of course!
If so, what's your favorite/most
valuable item?: I don't have anything valuable, so
my favorite is the Video Collection video tape that my friend
"gave" to me. But that could change soon.
Anything else
we should know about you?: My other favorite musician
besides Al is Mozart. Don't ask me why, I just really really
like them both.
Have you made a Parody?:
not anything good, but yeah
Name of Parody: I've
got one called The Ballad of Chuckie Finster, The Paintbrush
Song, and Okra (the last two were created with my sister)
Original singer/song title:
The Rugrats Theme Song (changed a little to fit in more words),
His Cheeseburger (VeggieTales), and I forget the other one
New Lyrics: I don't
have lyrics around for any of these, but Okra is pretty easy.
You just sing “okra” eight times and then insert a word of your
choice. Repeat until everyone around you is about to bite your
head off.
